Compiling a procurement schedule, taking into account the manufacturing time for samples, technical documentation, deliveries, and installations.

Collection all technical information related to purchases, consultation with builders.
Organization of the delivery of purchased items, acceptance at the site. If necessary, draw up of complaints.

Sketch project – creation of a concept for the exterior and interior appearance of the house.
Architectural project – detailed elaboration of decisions approved in the sketch project.
Structural project – structural drawings of the foundation, above-ground part of the house, roofing.

About me

OPERATION PROCESS

Stages

After deciding to cooperate, our specialist goes to the site to carry out 3D measurements and photo and video recording of the premises.

We compile a technical specification (brief) for the client in order to analyze the preferences for the site.

We start working on an ergonomic and harmonious planning solution.

Presented in the form of a collage, sketch or mood board. At this stage, the key color schemes, textures, furniture items, and lighting for the future interior are selected.

Photorealistic 3D visualization using real textures of finishing materials and furniture items.

A complete set of drawings necessary for the implementation of the project is developed after agreeing on the 3D visualizations. A separate package of drawings is created for each furniture item for custom production.

Compilation of a list of all finishing materials, furniture items, and lighting with specifications.

Nadezhda and I worked together to renovate an apartment for my family. However, it is very important for me when a person (designer) does not fall for some hysterical fits of clients, remains completely calm, reasonable and always finds an alternative. It is always very important that there is a way out of any situation, even the most impossible, the more difficult the situation, the more memories of the repairs done in the future). With Nadya we built a house, made an apartment and, most importantly, worked everything out to the smallest detail, never giving up when we had no strength left, even if I gave up, Nadya returned to it and said that it needed to be completed to the ideal.
